At Haven Bible Church, we live out our faith through four rhythms that shape every believer’s walk with Christ: worship in gatherings, grow in groups, learn in studies, and serve on teams. Each rhythm helps us know God more deeply, love one another more faithfully, and live out the gospel more fully—for the glory of God and the good of His church.

Serving is one of the most joyful ways we respond to God’s grace. Out of hearts filled with love and gratitude for all He has done, we serve others in His name. Whether it’s greeting guests on Sunday, caring for kids, or helping behind the scenes, there’s a place for you to make a difference.

You can join a team by attending the Next Step Class, where you’ll learn more about Haven and how God is at work here. For some, the best next step may be to take a season to rest and be refreshed in the Lord (Matthew 11:28–30). For others, it may be time to jump in and serve! In a recent sermon, Pastor Mark reminded us, “Who you are and how you serve are not self-made achievements, but grace-appointed assignments.” Every Christian has been gifted by the Spirit of God to serve like the Son of God—lovingly, sacrificially, and for the glory of God the Father. Our Teams
Administration
The admin team serves behind the scenes by supporting staff and ministry leaders with essential administrative work. If you enjoy organization, teamwork, and making a quiet but meaningful impact, this is a great place to serve.
Communications
The communications team tells the story of what God is doing at Haven and beyond. Through social media, our website, photo, video, and design, we aim to communicate clearly, engage thoughtfully, and help people take a step toward Jesus.
Facilities
The facilities team prepares and cares for our spaces so everything is ready for ministry to happen. Through setup, teardown, and attention to detail, they help create an environment where people can gather, focus, and encounter Jesus.
Hospitality
The hospitality team creates a welcoming environment that reflects the heart of Jesus. Through intentional conversations and connection points like the guest tent, next steps table, and café, they help people feel known, loved, and connected to the life of the church.
Production
Our production team serves behind the scenes to support every part of our gatherings with excellence and care. By thoughtfully stewarding audio and visuals, they help create an environment free from distraction so that our church can clearly hear, see, and respond to the truth of God’s Word.
Welcome
The welcome team helps every person feel seen and at ease from the moment they arrive. By greeting, assisting, and guiding guests, they create a warm first impression and help people take their first steps into community.
Worship
Our worship team exists to lead our church in Christ-centered, gospel-saturated singing. We are not simply singing songs. We are leading God’s people to honor Jesus and boldly declare what is true about who He is and all He has done.
