Gather to Scatter
At Haven, we believe the church does not just gather, we scatter. This calling is not only for a few, we want the whole church to embrace this mindset, that every member is a missionary, every home a ministry outpost, and every day an opportunity to make Jesus known. Every Sunday we come together to be built up by God’s Word, strengthened through worship, encouraged by community, and then sent out into our everyday lives with purpose. Spokane does not need another event; it needs a people on mission, carrying the good news of Jesus into neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and everyday conversations.
Our small groups are the front line of this mission. They are where real relationships are formed, the Gospel is practiced, prayers are lifted, and lives are opened to one another. These groups become pockets of light across our city, serving, loving, inviting, and reaching those who need hope. Small groups are not a side ministry; they are the first expression of our church scattered.
We gather to scatter, and we scatter so that Spokane might see and savor Christ.
